1. Twenty years of hands-on leadership to promote service, advocacy and nonprofit business models that return human and professional profits to our community.

2. An unquestioned commitment to ensuring that vulnerable and disvalued groups (youth, women, persons of color, lesbians/gays) have a voice in the decisions that impact their lives.
